FIRST PARTNER MEETING- 26-30 November 2012

at SOU "Ekxarh Antim I",Kazanlak, Bulgaria

               Evening of European History- 28 November 2012

On the stage came alive different  Great European Figures. According to their assignment the great figure Konstantin Päts from Estonia was performed   by the English students; Jan Hus from The Czech Republic was presented by the Spanish students; Gago Coutinh a great aviator from Portugal was performed by the Italian students; Vasil Levski-Bulgarian national hero ,was performed by Estonian students; Queen Mary I - great figure from England, was performed by the Czech students; The great figure from Spain - Clara Campoamor,  a woman politician and feminist , was presented by the Portuguese students and  the great figure from Italy-Giordano Bruno, was performed by the Bulgarian students.

Evening of European history - 29 November 2012

the night for international performance of the original play created  to present one  historical event from Kazanlak region.

The play "The Valley of the Thracian kings" was performed on the stage by the international team of students from all participating schools

What we also did together:

The guests from the partners schools  learned  about the rose and the famous rose products , produced in Kazanlak

The partner team met the Bulgarian  folklore instruments and some  participants even try to play  on them

We cooked together and prepared  for all of us Bulgarian and Italian dishes

 

                    

 The school drama club Antim  perform their play Women kingdom especially for the partners



Dance lesson for participating in the meeting partners students and teachers. They all learned how to dance traditional Bulgarian dance-horo.

The project cake- at the last dinner 

No one wanted to say Goodbye! It was difficult to say  goodbye  to  the new friends!

After the meeting, Bulgarian students created a Christmas greeting to all their new friends from the partners schools

We found out that we can explore the world together !

We all understood that we come from the same past and we walked the same paths, and we have a common future together, because after all, we are not so different. This meeting will last for ever in our memory!
